Our exchange policy is the same as the above return policy except for the following:
Please e-mail us to find out the availability of an optional model.
Enclose invoice with defect information and/or optional model number desired.
If the watch is found to be defective, the watch will be either repaired or replaced with the same model and the original band will be put on the replacement watch. After a package is received, please allow 3-4 business days for it to be inspected.

Returns Policy
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all of our customers, domestic and international for orders over R1000.00. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
For international customers with orders under R1000.00, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive it back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.
